Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your fragrance. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Timeframe: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Process: Please contact us at info@tdotfragrances.ca with your order number to initiate a return.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
