Return Policy for TDOT Fragrances

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

Thank you for shopping with TDOT Fragrances! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns for eligible items based on the following guidelines.

Returns Eligibility

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within [14] days of the delivery 
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Gift cards and items marked as "Final Sale" are also non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at info@tdotfragrnaces.ca  with your order number and the reason for the return.
  1. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  1. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs
